Client Relations Manager

Full-Time 35 Hours Per Week In-Office

This position is much more than a traditional administrative role. The Client Relations Manager is the hub of our office, helping ensure our clients receive exceptional service while keeping our firm’s workflow organized and on schedule.

We operate in a modern, technology-driven environment using cloud-based software, secure client portals, electronic document management, and AI-powered productivity tools. We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning new technology and embraces change.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the primary point of contact for many of our clients

· Schedule appointments and coordinate the firm’s daily workflow

· Organize and process client documents using our digital systems

· Prepare completed work for delivery to clients

· Assist clients with electronic filing and payment processes

· Coordinate payroll-related administrative tasks

· Assist with basic QuickBooks Online activities

· Help manage billing, collections, accounts payable, and general office operations

· Support a collaborative team focused on delivering outstanding client service

Compensation & Benefits

Our total compensation package is valued at more than $50,000 annually and includes:

· $18–$22 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

· Employer-paid Bronze-level health insurance

Work Schedule

This is an in-office position.

Because our office serves clients throughout the day, the successful candidate must be in the office by 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Beyond that, we offer flexibility in the workday schedule, allowing employees to balance work and personal responsibilities while maintaining our commitment to client service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
