We are recruiting to fill the position for a Budtender at our Anaconda location. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable people are excited about starting a career in the rapidly growing cannabis industry. Applicants must be reliable and detail oriented. The successful applicant will be able to explain and discuss, with customers, the different cannabis strains, terpenes, use and results.
Budtenders are responsible for retail store operations, including, but not limited to excellent customer service, inventory, record keeping and store cleanliness. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, self motivated, independent, reliable, and trustworthy with the ability and desire to tackle all aspects of operating a successful, growing dispensary.
Responsibilities Include:
1) Complying with all state rules and regulations and reconciling with state daily
2) Greeting patients with a smile and taking the time to get to know their cannabis needs
3) Educating patients on all products and paraphernalia and their uses.
4) Ensuring the dispensary is clean, stocked and organized
5) Dependable and arrive to all shifts on time and prepared
6) Ability to multi-task on a multitude of projects efficiently
7) Accurately maintain inventory
8) Ensure the professional appearance of the dispensary is upheld by stocking, cleaning and organizing
Qualifications:
1) Licensed by the State of MT as an active Agent (or ability to obtain one with 30 days)
2) Previous retail or medical management experience preferred
3) Must be outgoing, independent, creative, depdendable, friendly, trustworth and hardworking
4) Must be able to to deliver excellent customer service and represent Remedy with pride.
5) Effective communicator and team leader
6) Excellent cash handling skills
7) Must meet the requirements of the state for employment in a dispensary
Our operating hours are Monday through Sunday 9am to 8pm. Lunch must taken
onsite. Wage will range between $15-16 per hour depending on experience.
