Mechanical Design Engineer

Butte, Montana (Commutable from: Whitehall, Anaconda, Dillon, Bozeman)

Are you a Mechanical Engineer with experience designing complex machinery, looking for the opportunity to lead mechanical design projects, develop innovative equipment, and become a technical leader within a growing engineering team?

On offer is the chance to take ownership of advanced machine design projects, work on products from initial concept through production, and play a key role in the development of next-generation industrial equipment.

On offer is the opportunity to lead mechanical design projects and develop complex machinery and components. You will be responsible for creating detailed designs, performing engineering analysis, and ensuring products are optimized for performance and manufacturability.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with Design and FEA experience looking for technical ownership and the opportunity to work on innovative industrial equipment while progressing into lead or senior roles.

The Role:

Design and develop complex mechanical equipment and components.
Lead projects from initial concept through to final production.
Perform mechanical analysis and FEA to validate designs.

The Candidate:

Mechanical Engineering background.
Experience designing machinery or industrial equipment.
CAD design experience, ideally with SolidWorks.
Experience with FEA, ideally using ANSYS.
