Job Description:

We are looking to bring on a highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident Office Administrator to join our Team! As an Office Administrator, you are critical to the success of our Human Resources and Accounting Teams by running reports, managing employee documents and files, as well as supporting our employees directly. Some of day-to-day responsibilities of a Office Administrator would include:

Strong ability to handle a variety of sensitive employee relations matters
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of constant change and be flexible while working on multiple projects simultaneously
Audit all documentation and ensure documents are completed and managed in proper order
Provide accurate reporting and deliverables
Constant communication with multiple team members, including; Managers, Leads and Sales personnel
Comfortable speaking over the phone and in person with employees as needed
Possess strong work ethic and self-motivated
Excellent follow through skills and ability to complete all projects accurately and efficiently
Work in a team dynamic supporting your co-workers to achieve the same goal!

THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR MUST HAVES:

High school diploma
1+ years in an administrative or applicable role
Efficient with computers and all systems, specifically Excel, DocuSign or other e-signature platforms
Thrive in a fast pace environment
Effective and confident phone communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Work independently as well as with a team, depending on project need
