Full Job Description

Strong safety programs are built by leaders who understand both the regulations and the realities of the field. This Senior Safety Manager role gives you the opportunity to bridge those two worlds while helping project teams find practical ways to improve safety without sacrificing productivity.

As a Senior Safety Manager you will:

Lead a team of Safety professionals across multiple branches and self-perform disciplines
Evaluate and write the safety program, oversee training and safety certifications
Partner directly with senior operations leadership, helping integrate safety considerations into project planning, staffing, scheduling, and overall business decisions

Requirements of this Senior Safety Manager role:

10+ years’ experience in a management role leading a safety department with a commercial GC
Ability to lead a team of safety professionals across multiple locations
Working knowledge of workers' comp claims, investigations, and strong executive-level safety communication skills
Degree in a construction related field
CHST, California OSHA 500/501/510, and CPR/AED certifications
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
