Job Type: Part-Time and Full-Time

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

Training: Preferred but not required. Must participate in ongoing continuing education.

Brief job description: (this is not a complete job description)

Assist tenants with aspects of daily living as determined by the service plan.
Provide reminders to tenants as determined by the service plan.
Perform or assist tenants with basic services such as light housekeeping and laundering of bed linens.
Perform assurance checks to ensure tenant safety as assigned per tenant service plan.
Report tenants physical or mental changes and requests to the Assisted Living Director and/or DON.
Promote and assist as needed with activities and social events.
Always follow tenant rights policies and procedures.
Review and follow each tenant’s individual service plan.
Always follow HIPPA and confidentiality policies and procedures.
Help prepare the dining room, serve food, and complete the clean-up of the dining room after mealtime.
Perform any cleaning duties assigned during scheduled shift.

Pay: $14hr (+) $2/hr shift differential beginning at 2pm.

Flexible scheduling!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20-40 per week
