Building and strengthening relationships with primary care providers and specialists including orthopedics, ENT, neurology, oncology, and more.

Understanding provider challenges and developing creative solutions that improve access and patient care.

Monitoring referral trends and identifying opportunities to grow market share.

Creating targeted outreach strategies for practices across Anchorage, Eagle River, and the Mat-Su Valley.

Managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform while leveraging AI through Eve to improve efficiency, follow up, and communication.

Ensuring provider interactions are documented accurately and consistently.

Bring our brand to life through creative and meaningful outreach.
You'll partner with the CEO and marketing partners to:

Develop television, radio, digital, and social media campaigns.

Create educational content that helps patients understand their imaging journey.

Promote Imaging Associates' advanced technology and subspecialized radiology expertise.

Lead community events including mammography parties, open houses, wellness events, sponsorships, and physician appreciation programs.

Evaluate sponsorship opportunities that align with our mission and strategic goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
Help modernize healthcare communication by:

Overseeing CRM optimization and AI integration with Eve.

Managing HL7 interfaces between Royal Solutions Group and EMR vendors to ensure seamless order and report delivery.

Working with IT and Business Intelligence teams to leverage data for smarter business decisions.

Continuously improving workflows that make doing business with Imaging Associates easier for providers and patients.
Success in this role depends on strong partnerships.
You'll work closely with the Directors of Guest Services, Operations, Business Intelligence, IT, Accounting, and clinical leadership to ensure every commitment made to providers and guests is fulfilled with excellence.
Together, you'll continue advancing initiatives such as our nationally recognized Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence while creating exceptional experiences across every imaging modality.

Develop and manage marketing and business development budgets.

Measure return on investment for campaigns and outreach efforts.

Supervise Business Developers and marketing team members.

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, healthcare technology, API integrations, and HL7 interfaces.

Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field required. Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Seven (7) or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare business development, physician relations, marketing, or strategic partnerships.

Experience working within healthcare systems, outpatient services, diagnostic imaging, or other clinical environments is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success developing referral relationships, executing growth strategies, and leading cross functional initiatives.

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, healthcare technology, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with HL7 interfaces, electronic medical records (EMRs), AI enabled workflow solutions, or healthcare interoperability is preferred.
One or more of the following certifications is preferred:

Certified Professional in Healthcare Marketing (CPHM)

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties include prolonged periods of sitting, frequent walking, standing, and computer use. The employee must be able to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through virtual platforms. Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of materials weighing up to 40 pounds may be required. Regular travel between Imaging Associates locations and community events is expected.
This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment with routine use of computers and standard office equipment. The role also includes regular travel to Imaging Associates facilities, referring provider offices, and community outreach events throughout Southcentral Alaska. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support organizational events, provider engagement activities, or marketing initiatives.
