Full Job Description

We are seeking a caring and dependable Dietary Aides to join our Maple Springs Anchorage team. The Dietary Aide plays an important role in providing nutritious meals and a positive dining experience for our residents and families. If you enjoy working with seniors and being part of a supportive healthcare team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Assist with meal preparation and food service according to dietary guidelines
Serve meals to residents in a friendly and respectful manner
Ensure special diets and resident preferences are followed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and food prep areas
Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup
Follow all health, safety, and infection control regulations
Work cooperatively with dietary staff, caregivers, and nursing team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous food service or healthcare experience a plus (not required)
Ability to follow instructions and dietary restrictions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate attitude toward elderly residents
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
