We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Financial Coordinator who enjoys helping patients understand their treatment, insurance benefits, and financial options while keeping the business side of dentistry running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with confidence and professionalism.
- Verify dental insurance benefits and prepare accurate treatment estimates.
- Submit insurance claims and attachments promptly.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable.
- Post insurance payments and process explanations of benefits (EOBs).
- Maintain accurate patient financial records.
- Answer patient questions regarding insurance, billing, and payment options.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans are complete and accurate.
- Assist with scheduling and front office support as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, efficient patient experience from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications
- Dental front office or financial coordinator experience.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims processing.
- Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- Familiarity with Dentrix or comparable dental practice management software.
