Full Job Description

Overview
Thank you for your interest in this position.
We are a specialized DUI (Driving Under the Influence) treatment program offering both group and individual counseling sessions conducted by certified professionals. Our sessions are available either in person or via Zoom to accommodate client needs and preferences.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a fast paced office. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.

Rate of Pay:

Training/Probation period 90 days at $18.00 per hour

$19.00 after 90 days and future raises TBD based on performance and understanding of positions requirements. There is no maximum rate, there is potential for long term sustainability in this position.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office activities.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Audit files and documentation for accuracy before posting attendance to computer program.
Collaborate with team members to support office operations effectively.

Skills

Previous office experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Ability to handle customer service inquiries professionally and courteously.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good proofreading skills to ensure quality communication materials.
Attention to detail is a must as we have State Regulations are files must meet.
Experience with Zoom is a plus.
Empathy back with strong boundaries
Ability to follow regulations, policies & procedures
