Part-Time Front Desk Agent

Position: Part-Time Front Desk Agent
Schedule: Part-Time | Primarily Evenings
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
Bilingual: A plus, but not required
Minimum Age: 18 years old

About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. As one of the first points of contact for our customers and guests, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

This position is primarily evening hours and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can stay organized while handling a variety of front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls as needed
Assist customers with questions and provide helpful, courteous service
Handle check-ins, appointments, reservations, or other front desk activities as needed
Respond to basic customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or electronically
Perform basic computer work and data entry
Accept payments and assist with basic transactions when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Communicate important information to other team members
Complete light administrative tasks
Help resolve basic customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate person
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable interacting with a variety of people
Able to work independently, particularly during evening hours
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Schedule

This is a part-time position with primarily evening hours. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview process. Some schedule flexibility may be available depending on availability and business needs.

Compensation

Pay is negotiable and will be based on experience, qualifications, and availability.
