Full Job Description

Job Summary:

The Procurement Clerk at Industrial Solutions & Innovation, LLC will be responsible for reviewing requests, preparing purchase orders, comparing vendor prices, and tracking deliveries to ensure inventory remains sufficiently stocked. They will also reconcile invoices with purchase orders to prevent billing discrepancies before forwarding them to accounting.

Essential Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Processing: Compile, review, and issue purchase orders based on internal department requisitions.
Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Solicit price quotes from suppliers.
Invoice & Billing Reconciliation: Match arriving vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to verify pricing and quantities. Track and provide updates on inbound and outbound shipments
Inventory Control and Audits: Coordinate with warehouse to monitor stock levels of materials and supplies. Respond to and generate replenishment orders when necessary. Occasionally participate as member of count team for cyclical and annual inventory audits.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate databases of purchasing files, price lists, contracts, and supplier information.
Other duties as requested by management/leadership of Industrial Solutions & Innovation, LLC. Industrial Solutions & Innovation, LLC is a small company and those who are in leadership with ISI will need to be willing to “wear many hats”. This will mean from time to time that your functions at work will differ from those “normally” associated with this role. This is all part of being on our TEAM and the work to make the entire organization successful.

Required Qualifications:

Take a timed Assessment test

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 6 months of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong ability to track multiple orders and invoices simultaneously without pricing or data errors.
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial records.

Work Environment:

This position operates in office in a professional office environment 5 days a week
Not a remote or hybrid position
Occasional travel may be required.

Training and Development:

Comprehensive in-house training is provided on how to build/wire all Redi2Weld systems.
