Full Job Description

Compensation: Up to $32 per hour (DOE) with a 10% differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

Dependable
Operate Swiss Style CNC
Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Make offsets to meet print tolerances
Changing of tools in efficient manner
Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
Follow quality procedures
Basic computer and math skills
Knowledge of removing burrs
Three (3) plus years of experience
2nd and 3rd Shift(s) / 8 Hours shifts – Monday through Friday/Overtime Optional when available

Additional Skills:

Set up Star ST38, SV32, SR32 and SR20
Trouble shoot machining process and machines
Use of Fanuc Controls
Use of Partmaker or Gibbs Cam
To be able to operate multiple machines
Use of Keyence, ECAD and Zeiss CT scanner
Knowledge of Trig and Geometry
Experience with Medical components

Physical Requirements:

Lift 40 lbs. occasionally
Standing for prolonged periods of time
20/20 vision with correction
