Full Job Description

ReNova Health is a growing regenerative medicine and wellness clinic in Ames. We help people get out of pain and back to living — without surgery or long recoveries — using advanced, evidence-tracked treatments. We're expanding into on-site care for local employers, and we're building a team that wants to grow with us.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury service environment, values discretion and professionalism, and enjoys creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every patient.

This is a versatile role for someone who likes variety and people. You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients and a key part of a small, ambitious team. Day to day, you'll:

- Greet and room patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the front office running smoothly
- Reconnect with past and current patients by phone — checking in on how they're doing and helping them get scheduled for care that can help them
- Support the clinical team with rooming, vitals, and procedure setup
- Help us reach and care for our Spanish-speaking patients and community
- Handle patient paperwork, records, and follow-up
- Grow into new responsibilities as we expand — including supporting on-site employer visits, DOT physical days, and community events

Who we're looking for

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus — you'd help us serve a community that's often underserved
- Warm, reliable, and genuinely good with people
- Organized and comfortable juggling phones, scheduling, and patients at once
- Motivated and coachable — we'll train the right person
- Interested in healthcare and in growing with a company that's growing
- CNA, CMA, MA, or phlebotomy experience is welcome but not required — we'll train
- Comfortable (or willing to learn) taking vitals and, eventually, drawing labs

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
