OCFO provides staff leadership and administrators financial, budget, and performance management programs necessary to support FSIS programs and administrative activities. It also develops and implements financial/accounting/budget and performance improvement policies and procedures for FSIS. OCFO has responsibility for all FSIS financial management, strategic planning, and budget and performance improvement activities.
