Description:

Are you someone who enjoys helping people feel welcomed, supported, and cared for? As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking our services. This role is perfect if you thrive in a people-centered environment, want to build valuable administrative and client service skills, and are motivated by making a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist clients, answer phones, schedule appointments and collect co-pays
Maintain accurate client records and update electronic systems
Conduct Urine Analysis (UA) on substance use clients
Support providers with documentation, co-pay collection, and appointment tracking
Handle office tasks like supply orders, mail, billing, and cleanliness
Provide occasional coverage at other locations as needed
