Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

1:1 Care | Whole-Person Practice | $80K-$105K Earning Opportunity

At Healing Hands Physical Therapy in Ann Arbor, pelvic health is not an add-on service. It is a meaningful part of our one-on-one, whole-person care model.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist with pelvic health experience, coursework, or a strong desire to grow in this specialty. This is an opportunity to treat patients one-on-one, use your clinical judgment, and help people navigate deeply personal conditions with skill, privacy, and compassion.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, you will help patients feel heard, understood, and supported through conditions that can be physically and emotionally challenging.

You will:

Evaluate and treat pelvic floor, lumbopelvic, hip, abdominal, pregnancy, postpartum, and related musculoskeletal conditions
Perform internal and external pelvic health assessments, as appropriate and within your training
Build individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, patient education, and functional movement strategies
Help patients improve comfort, confidence, strength, movement, continence, intimacy, and return to daily life
Collaborate with other Healing Hands providers across orthopedics, TMJ, women’s health, and whole-person care
Educate patients with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
Continue developing your expertise in pelvic health and integrative physical therapy

Qualifications:

What Makes You a Great Fit

A licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan, or eligible to obtain Michigan licensure
Experienced in pelvic health, currently taking pelvic health coursework, or strongly interested in specializing
Comfortable providing thoughtful, compassionate care for sensitive conditions
Skilled in manual therapy, movement assessment, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
