Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team and drive our mission of providing exceptional insurance solutions to clients. In this role, you will actively engage with potential and existing customers, offering tailored insurance products that meet their unique needs. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help build lasting relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent negotiation abilities, and has a solid understanding of various insurance types, including health, life, property, and casualty insurance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most.

Duties

Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through community events, networking, and direct outreach to expand the customer base
Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance policies aligned with client requirements
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service
Negotiate policy terms with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual satisfaction while adhering to insurance regulations
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
Analyze client data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and improve service offerings
Educate clients on various insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance options while explaining coverage benefits clearly
Assist clients with benefits administration processes related to their policies and claims

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a focus on insurance or related financial services
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred)
Knowledge of insurance regulation, compliance standards, and industry best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for effective sales management
Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Understanding of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products
Analysis skills for evaluating client needs and market opportunities effectively
Experience in benefits administration or client communication within an insurance context is a plus
