What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will do more than keep our technology working. This person will help us use technology better.
Employees should have a reliable resource when they need technical assistance, new employees should have a smooth technology onboarding experience, company systems should remain secure and current, and our JobTread and other technology investments should be increasingly utilized across the organization.
Over time, this position should become a trusted technology resource who understands both our systems and our business, proactively identifying ways technology can make our company more efficient, secure, connected, and effective.
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, communicates well, and thrives in a small-company environment where flexibility, initiative, responsiveness, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed are important to success.
