Pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour + Commission

About Revived Body

Revived Body is a luxury medical spa and wellness clinic in Ann Arbor specializing in IV therapy, medical weight loss, injectables, skin rejuvenation, regenerative aesthetics, and wellness services.

We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and compassionate Medspa Sales & Client Success Consultant who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, presenting treatment plans, and confidently selling premium aesthetic and wellness services.

Position Summary

As our Medspa Sales & Client Success Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and play a key role in growing the practice.

You will guide clients through their journey, from the initial inquiry to consultation, treatment recommendations, membership enrollment, package sales, follow-up, and long-term retention.

The ideal candidate is confident discussing premium services, comfortable presenting treatment plans worth hundreds to thousands of dollars, and genuinely enjoys helping clients make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

Conduct professional consultations with prospective clients.
Build trust by listening carefully to each client's goals and concerns.
Recommend customized treatment plans based on each client's needs.
Present treatment options confidently and professionally.
Educate clients on services, treatment timelines, expected results, pricing, and aftercare.
Present and sell memberships, treatment packages, and retail products.
Guide clients through financing and payment options when appropriate.
Follow up with warm leads and existing clients.
Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism.
Convert consultations into booked treatments.
Build long-term client relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Client Experience

Deliver an elevated, luxury client experience from beginning to end.
Schedule consultations and treatments while maximizing provider schedules.
Ensure intake forms and documentation are completed accurately.
Handle client concerns calmly, professionally, and with excellent customer service.
Partner closely with our RNs to provide seamless patient care.
Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized clinic environment.
Prepare treatment rooms between appointments.

Marketing & Business Growth

Assist with social media content creation, including before-and-after photos and videos.
Help capture client testimonials and treatment content.
Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions.
Encourage reviews and referrals.
Help increase client retention and lifetime value through thoughtful follow-up and relationship building.

Qualifications

Is comfortable using scheduling software, texting platforms, email, and social media.

Content creation

Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, IV therapy, medical weight loss, skincare, laser treatments, or other cosmetic procedures is a strong plus.
