Full-Stack Product Engineer - Lead Role
Are you excited by human-centered technology and want to be part of a growing, AI-first startup? Do you have a passion for using the latest technologies to build software products and create a world-class user experience?
The Opportunity
We’re at the forefront of a revolutionary shift in how universities and companies connect with their most vital asset: their people. We believe that true engagement goes beyond traditional data points, tapping into the nuanced, evolving relationships that drive academic success, lifelong membership, and vibrant employee engagement. Our AI-powered platform is defining a new category by delivering Relational Intelligence — moving organizations from reactive data management to proactive, hyper-personalized relationship building at scale.
Our platform is only as valuable as the outcomes it drives for customers. You sit at the sharp end of that mission. You'll be the person on the ground helping customers get real, measurable value out of our technology — creating product specs and writing code, rethinking workflows, and escalating intelligently when something belongs on the roadmap. We're leveraging the latest advancements in large language models, machine learning, and data engineering to build a platform that learns, predicts, and personalizes interactions in real-time. This role presents immense potential to tackle challenges in data privacy and security, design scalable architectures for massive datasets, and pioneer ethical and sustainable AI applications that genuinely empower human connection, not replace it. Our customers are non-technical teams and end users that rely on us to solve complex operational problems, and we need engineers who love being at the intersection of product, sales, data and code.
Responsibilities will include (and are not limited to):
Full-stack software and product development - 80%
