Join our growing eCommerce team this season! We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless customer service experience. Most of the customer service work is virtual. This is a seasonal position ending in January 2026. Must have flexibility in schedule, work fewer hours during training and longer hours in busy season.
Role Overview
As our Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a vital role in managing customer interactions, processing order adjustments, and ensuring every transaction supports a positive buyer journey. From handling messages and calls to being able to track each phase of the order lifecycle in question, your efforts will help maintain customer satisfaction and support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages and calls regarding order inquiries
- Process order changes (cancellations, size edits, address updates, credits, etc.)
- Manage returns across multiple platforms, including issuing RMAs, inspecting merchandise, receiving packages, and updating Google Sheets
- Investigate and resolve freight damage claims to reduce revenue loss
- Collaborate with internal departments (Warehouse, Product Development, Production, Sales) to identify missing information and troubleshoot product issues
- Generate reports tracking return rates, defect types, and product issues
- Issue paid shipping labels when needed, including for company errors
- Support the team with additional tasks as assigned by management
- Use live online chat box to communicate with customers

- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple platforms with ease
- Fast typist and quick learner, with strong follow-through
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with shipping processes (training available if needed)
- Strong project management and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
