Ally 4 Pets is a locally owned pet care company looking for dependable, caring individuals to join our team as Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers. If you enjoy working with animals, are reliable, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of our team, you'll provide in-home pet care and dog walking services while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

Compensation
- Earn 50% of the fee for every completed visit.
- Most team members earn between $800 and $2,000+ per month, depending on their availability, service area, and number of visits accepted.
- Pay is issued twice each month for visits completed during the 1st–15th and the 16th–end of the month.
Schedule
- Visits are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM based on client needs.
- Minimum availability of 3 days per week.
- Available for at least two weekends each month.
- Holiday availability is required for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement)
- Have a valid driver's license
- Own a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle
- Have a smartphone with reliable internet access
- Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails
- Be comfortable using a mobile scheduling app
- Be familiar with the local service area
- Provide professional references
- Pass a background check
- Complete our online Pet First Aid & CPR course
- Commit to at least six months with the company
- Not currently provide pet sitting or dog walking services independently or for another pet care company
Preferred Qualifications
Experience is helpful but not required. We'd especially like to hear from candidates with experience in:
- Pet sitting or dog walking
- Veterinary clinics
- Animal shelters or rescues
- Dog daycare or boarding facilities
- Grooming
- Customer service
Applicants who are comfortable with moderate physical activity and willing to assist with community outreach or social media are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients' homes according to scheduled appointments
- Walk dogs and care for pets following detailed instructions
- Feed pets, provide fresh water, administer approved medications when needed, and monitor their well-being
- Keep homes secure by following client instructions
- Send visit reports, photos, and updates through our mobile app
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality at all times
