Located in Hanover, MD, Rhee Bros currently serves independent Asian retailers, wholesale grocery and chain retailers, food service distributors, chain restaurants, and manufacturers. The physical heart of Rhee Brothers is our main distribution center in Hanover, MD. Our warehouse and transportation teams handle over 25,000 cases of dry, refrigerated, and frozen products every day. Food quality is paramount to our customers, and we pride ourselves on the safety and cleanliness of our warehouse in Irwindale, CA and Hanover, MD. Rhee Bros is a third-party food safety audited facility.

Job Title: Account Manager - US Sales

Work location: Hanover, MD

The Account Manager is responsible for new business development, customer contacts, quoting/developing proposals, sales and services of RB products to current and new customers, customer relationship management, contributing to marketing/lead generation and project management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets.
Coordinate and manage the needs of assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.
Identify opportunities within assigned accounts and effectively communicate them to the relevant team members.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
Gain a deep understanding of customer organizations, including departments, functions, strategies, and key programs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related work exerpience
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs, concerns, and issues, coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a methodical approach to task management.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capability to make informed decisions.
Experienced in leveraging judgment, knowledge, and collaboration with team members to develop innovative business proposals.
Able to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
Experience of an ERP system.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel.

Travel/Physical Demands:

Work performed primarily in an office environment.
Travel requirements are typically less than 10%.
Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
Job demands will require long periods of sitting, telephone work, or computer work.
