Responsibilities:
The purpose of a Histotechnician is the processing of surgical specimens to preserve the tissue morphology and cell structure. Prepares quality and representative tissue sections on glass slides for microscopic evaluation and performs special stains, including immunohistochemical (IHC) procedures as requested by the pathologist.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of Histotechnician Program from a NAACLS accredited School; or an Associate Degree and training at a hospital and met ASCP eligibility requirements for certification; or ASCP certified. 2 years experience in Histology preferred.

Min: USD $26.13/Hr. Max: USD $43.11/Hr. Salary Information: Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications. Benefits:
