Total Comfort Heating & Cooling, Minneapolis's finest 5-star Heating and Cooling Company, is currently looking for Sales Lead Generators to generate HVAC leads at Home Depot and select events and select Home Shows in and around Minnesota.
Pay: $20.00/hr
Available shifts: Thursday/Friday, 11am-7pm, and Saturday/Sunday, 10am-6pm
Required Credentials:
- A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to walk the floor during working house to increase customer interaction
- Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.
- Some sales experience.
- Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Total Comfort Heating & Cooling has a robust training program and will teach the right candidates how to be successful. Due to our expansive growth, we are looking to hire qualified individuals immediately.
We offer hourly pay PLUS an excellent commission / bonus package. Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour + commission, and annual compensation is based on performance.
