Are you a recent graduate taking a gap year before applying to OT graduate school? Looking for paid, hands-on clinical experience that strengthens your application?

The Aspiring OT & ABA Program (OTAP) at CST Academy offers a unique opportunity to work as an ABA therapist, gain real-world experience, observe occupational therapy sessions, and receive structured mentorship in a leading multidisciplinary clinic.

What You’ll Do:

Provide ABA therapy to young children (ages 2-5)

Participate in grad school prep workshops & mentorship
Collaborate with a team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs
