We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Platform Developer II to serve as a senior technical resource and trusted advisor for complex Salesforce development initiatives across a large, multi-org enterprise environment.
The environment includes 11 Salesforce orgs using a combination of Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, each supporting different business processes and implementation requirements.
This role goes beyond hands-on coding. The selected developer will provide technical guidance to multiple Salesforce development teams, review complex custom development, establish scalable solution patterns, troubleshoot difficult platform issues, evaluate vendor-delivered code, and help ensure solutions meet architecture, governance, security, performance, and maintainability standards.
The strongest candidate will combine advanced hands-on Salesforce development expertise with the ability to provide technical leadership across multiple teams and Salesforce orgs.
- Provide senior-level technical guidance and oversight to Salesforce development teams.
- Design and review scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple enterprise Salesforce orgs.
- Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, integrations, and Salesforce APIs.
- Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, high-performing, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Review custom development for compliance with coding standards, architecture principles, security requirements, and platform best practices.
- Support development initiatives across Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Serve as a lead technical resource for complex enhancements and custom Salesforce development initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Apex.
- Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Advanced knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
- Strong Salesforce integration-development experience.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs.
