Full Job Description

Purpose:

The Digital Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact and strategist for an assigned group of home services clients. This role involves coordinating work across all departments with a primary focus on acting as a strategic digital marketing partner, providing an exceptional client experience for a long and successful partnership. The ideal candidate has experience discussing, strategizing, analyzing, and presenting digital marketing tactics and strategy, along with high-level reporting. Strong customer service skills, an outgoing personality, a proactive and strategic approach, and a desire to help home services clients achieve success are essential.

Key Functional Area or Responsibility:

Strong Presentation Skills: Experience in preparing and structuring calls and monthly meetings to maximize time and impress clients.
In-depth Understanding of Client Campaigns: Comprehensive knowledge of how each digital offering and product can benefit home services clients.
Multitasking Mindset: Handle client discovery calls, campaign change requests, budget checks, performance reviews, billing queries, and tasking to teams.
Evaluate Often: Regularly review clients' plans and offer proactive recommendations, latest offerings, budget increases, and packages to enhance growth and drive increased ROI.
Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, knowledge, and proactive responses.
Research and Provide Feedback: Answer industry questions or collaborate with others to provide the best answers to clients.
Report and Address: Effectively communicate successes and areas for improvement with clients each month as well as strategy updates.
Desire to Continually Learn: Stay updated on the latest trends, offerings, and products in the digital marketing industry.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, managing multiple clients at once.
2-3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
1-2+ years of managing home services client accounts, preferred.
1+ years of remote work experience.
High-level knowledge of Analytics, SEM, SEO (on-site and local listings, GBP), Social Media, and Web Design. ServiceTitan and SearchLight knowledge are a strong plus.
Experience with Slack and project management tools such as ClickUp.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
Experience working closely with a sales team is a plus.

Analytics and Strategic Mindset: Quickly identify issues or opportunities for growth and create plans for continuous improvement.
Passion for Digital: Enhance clients' digital footprints through SEM, SEO, Social media, and other campaigns.
Sales/Opportunity Mapping Experience: Assist with recommendations and information for proposals and new opportunities for existing clients.
