Full Job Description

CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Field Services Sales Executive for a contract opportunity with a leading enterprise software organization. This role is ideal for a sales and consulting professional with experience in professional services, financial management applications, and customer-facing solution development. The Professional Services Sales Executive will partner with internal stakeholders and customers to identify service needs, develop solution proposals, and drive professional services engagement success.

What you'll do

Manage inbound professional services requests from customers and internal customer success teams.
Facilitate investment requests and coordinate approval workflows.
Present professional services offerings and packaged solutions to prospective and existing customers.
Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
Develop cost guidance and service estimates using internal estimating tools.
Review project scope, timelines, pricing, and service descriptions with leadership teams to obtain approvals.
Create and present Statements of Work (SOWs) and negotiate business terms with customers.
Present professional services agreements and support negotiation of contractual terms.
Participate in customer-facing meetings to assess challenges, recommend solutions, and support service engagement opportunities.
Partner closely with account executives, customer success teams, and professional services leadership to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience working within a professional services organization as an HCM or Financials Consultant.
3+ years of experience supporting or working with financial management software applications.
Experience gathering customer requirements and conducting discovery discussions.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

Experience with Salesforce.com.
Experience with quoting, estimating, or professional services management platforms.
Prior experience supporting enterprise software implementation or consulting engagements.
