About Us

The Sanctuary Wellness Institute is a growing telehealth wellness practice focused on evidence-based lifestyle and preventative medicine. We help patients improve health outcomes through physician-guided programs including medical weight loss, hormone optimization, wellness therapies, and preventative care solutions delivered through a modern telemedicine platform.

We are seeking compassionate, patient-focused physicians who are comfortable practicing in a telehealth environment and committed to high-quality clinical care, compliance, and exceptional patient communication.

Position Overview

We are hiring licensed physicians to provide remote telehealth consultations for wellness-focused treatment programs including:

GLP-1 medical weight loss
TRT/HRT
Peptide therapies
NAD+ therapies
Lifestyle and preventative medicine
Medical marijuana evaluations/certifications (where applicable)

This is a flexible remote opportunity ideal for physicians seeking part-time or supplemental telemedicine work with a streamlined operational model and strong clinical support.

Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth consultations with patients
Evaluate patient eligibility for wellness treatment programs
Prescribe medications and therapies when clinically appropriate
Review labs and medical histories
Document patient encounters accurately and compliantly
Follow clinical protocols and telemedicine best practices
Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients
Participate in periodic quality/compliance reviews

QualificationsRequired

Pennsylvania MD or DO license in good standing
Active unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state
Experience with telemedicine or virtual patient care
Strong communication and bedside manner
Comfort using EMR/telehealth technology
Commitment to ethical and evidence-based prescribing

Preferred

Multi-state licensure
Experience with:
obesity medicine
hormone replacement therapy
preventative/wellness medicine
functional medicine
DEA registration
Prior telehealth experience
Experience with cannabis certification evaluations

Compensation

Competitive compensation: approximately $120–$130/hour depending on experience, licensure, and availability
