Location: Longwood, FL

This is an entry-level role where team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and initiative over time have a clear path to greater responsibility and potential advancement into other roles.

Role Requirements

No formal experience required, but a strong personal interest in technology and troubleshooting is essential
Technology background or prior professional experience is a plus
Familiarity with iOS, Android, macOS, Windows & computer components
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working with a wide range of consumer electronics.

Follow structured inspection processes with consistency, accuracy & attention to detail
Accurately grade devices based on physical condition
Run diagnostics using the software provided
Document findings clearly and communicate results professionally
Troubleshoot software or hardware related problems during the inspection/testing process
Types of electronics include iPhones, Android phones, MacBooks, Windows laptops, graphics cards, cameras, etc.
