The Erica Diaz Team is one of Central Florida's top-producing real estate teams, built on relationships, exceptional client service, and a deep commitment to our community.

We don't just sell homes—we help people fall in love with where they live. Our mission is to become the trusted resource for everything happening in Winter Garden and the surrounding Central Florida communities. Whether someone is looking for the best local restaurant, an upcoming community event, or advice about buying or selling a home, we want the Erica Diaz Team to be the first name that comes to mind.

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media, Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator who wants to help us build that vision.

About the Role

This is much more than a social media position.

You'll be responsible for bringing the Erica Diaz Team brand to life across social media, print marketing, email campaigns, community events, and client experiences. You'll work closely with our leadership team to create content that connects with people, supports our agents, promotes our listings, and strengthens our presence throughout Central Florida.

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for instructions—they bring ideas, identify opportunities, and take ownership.

If you naturally notice local events before everyone else, love discovering new businesses, enjoy creating engaging content, and think strategically about growing a brand, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll DoSocial Media & Content Marketing

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms
Develop creative campaigns that showcase our listings, agents, clients, and community
Capture photo and video content during listings, events, and day-to-day team activities
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve content strategy
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices

Community Engagement

Our goal is to become known as the "Mayor of Winter Garden."

That means you'll:

Stay informed about local events, festivals, new businesses, and community happenings
Identify opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and community involvement
Highlight local businesses, neighborhoods, restaurants, schools, parks, and events through our marketing
Bring fresh ideas for client appreciation events and community initiatives
Help position the Erica Diaz Team as a trusted local resource—not just another real estate company

A genuine knowledge of—or passion for—Winter Garden and the Central Florida lifestyle is strongly preferred.

Marketing & Brand Management

Design marketing materials including postcards, flyers, newsletters, listing graphics, brochures, and digital assets
Coordinate printing and production of marketing materials
Assist with email marketing campaigns
Help maintain and update our website and blog
Work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistency across all platforms
Protect and strengthen the Erica Diaz Team brand through consistent messaging and design

Event Coordination

Plan and execute client appreciation events, community events, and team celebrations
Coordinate vendors, venues, signage, invitations, timelines, and event logistics
Capture and share live event content across social media
Create promotional campaigns before, during, and after each event

Is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is proactive and takes ownership without waiting to be asked
Has exceptional communication and writing skills
Loves creating content and telling stories through marketing
Has a strong eye for branding, design, and visual consistency
Enjoys meeting people and being involved in the community
Can confidently manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
Is comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends for events

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent experience
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Experience planning and executing events
Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with social media scheduling platforms
Familiarity with email marketing platforms
Photography and video editing experience is a plus
Real estate marketing experience is a plus but not required

Position Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Central Florida.

We are looking for someone who is fully committed to growing with the Erica Diaz Team.

Because of the nature of this role, candidates may not own, operate, or work for another company that provides marketing, social media management, branding, content creation, or event coordination services during their employment with the Erica Diaz Team.
