Full Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor

GrayCo Properties seeks an individual to oversee our maintenance team and manage maintenance in our Multi-Unit Luxury Residential facilities. This person will be responsible for hiring and training staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations. An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. The right individual will lead their team to success.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
Manage maintenance schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Oversee HVAC systems and ensure proper functioning through regular inspections and repairs.
Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Utilize schematics and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Yardi.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old.Must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, heating and AC, etc. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are also essential. Must have HVAC certification. Ability to work extra hours and on-call. Experience working with a budget.
