Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Branch Project Manager to lead and oversee a diverse range of projects within our organization. The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch and serves as the leader of both office and field operations. This position directly overseas the Office Manager and Field Supervisor while ensuring branch KPI goals, customer satisfaction, compliance requirements, and profitability objectives are achieved.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and has a proven track record of successfully managing teams, workflows, schedules, and resources.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete certification training or any other required training courses
- Oversee daily facility management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Analyzes operational data and reports metrics to corporate office.
- Maintains budget, records and files, and prepares reports.
- Develop ESA operations, branch structure, production management, compliance and leadership responsibilities.
- Oversee performance management, staffing oversight, payroll control inventory management and operations accountability.
- Conduct employee relations, follow company handbook and all federal and state laws.
- Review all invoice management
- Monitor KPI performance.
- Oversee organization in all company files.
- Review and approval all payroll processes.
- Equipment and supplies are ordered in timely manner to continue production.
- Fleet management.
- Resolves escalated customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Performs other duties/special assignments as required or to meet the ongoing needs of the department
- Conduct and attend necessary meetings on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Responsible for the excellent image of the company while on company time
- Be able to travel to all office locations.
- Responsible for performing other duties/tasks assigned by the Project Operations Manager or Director.
- Perform other duties, tasks, or special assignments as requested by management. Job responsibilities are subject to change at any time based on the ongoing needs of the department and company.
Requirements
- Must have an active California Driver’s License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Associates degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Bachelor degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of project or operations management experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Proven experience supervising technicians and managing field crews
- Ability to manage schedules, labor hours, and production goals
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software, project tracking systems, or field service tools
- Spanish speaker is a Plus
- 1 years of experience with the ESA Program is a plus.
- Must pass a seven-year background check
- Must pass a drug test.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus

$75,000-$85,000 per year
