Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Microsoft Office tools.
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining organized filing systems and spreadsheets.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and word processing to support daily operations.
Assist with office management duties including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring positive client communication.

Requirements

Proven office experience with familiarity in office management and administrative tasks.
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual ability is highly desirable.
Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, typing, and document processing.
Ability to handle multiple phone lines using multi-line phone systems confidently.
Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
