Microsoft 365 Administration

- Administer a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution (e.g., Microsoft Intune) for corporate-owned and BYOD devices.
- Implement and enforce BYOD policies, ensuring personal devices meet organizational security standards before accessing corporate resources.

- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and department managers to align provisioning timelines with business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of user access rights and system accounts in compliance with the principle of least privilege.

- Track asset assignments, warranties, refresh cycles, and disposal in an IT asset management (ITAM) system
- Produce regular inventory reports and support audit requests.
Datacenter, Server & Rack Operations

- Experience in a mid-size or high-growth technology company environment.
