Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Schedule: Flexible during business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:45 am - 4:30 pm EST
Status: 1099 Contractor (if located outside of the state of Indiana) or Hourly, Non-exempt (if located within the state of Indiana)
About Applied Behavior Center for Autism:
The mission of the Applied Behavior Center for Autism is to provide the highest quality ABA and Verbal Behavior therapy and consulting services to children and their families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder to build brighter futures. We do this by providing proven research-based ABA methodologies delivered by highly qualified and certified professionals. Our programs focus on increasing language skills, social skills, daily living, and reducing problematic behavior.
Position Overview:
We are looking for remote BCBAs to provide a minimum of 20 hours of weekly clinical oversight for a caseload of up to 6 clients (typically 4-5 hours per week per client) including RBT supervision and parent training. Clients served at Applied Behavior Center for Autism range between the ages of 2 and 21, have a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, and receive ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
Required Qualifications:

At least two years of experience as a BCBA

Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Active Indiana Behavior Analyst License (LBA)
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Motivity, Aloha ABA, and/or Google Workspace

Experience conducting consultations and training via telehealth
Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Services:
-
Provide 4-5 hours of consultation per week for each client

Create and maintain appointment schedules in Aloha
-
Ensure accurate and timely completion of session notes in Motivity at the end of each session

Update each client's programming goals and behavior intervention plan as needed

Meet with parents at least once a month to discuss progress and provide parent training

Supervision & Training:

Provide training and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians during your consultation sessions

Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and ethical practice

Compensation:
Pay Range: $54 to $62 per billable hour
