Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Requirements

Genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Ability to create relationships from a cold start
Proficiency to multi-task, follow through, and follow up
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior sales experience
A Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required
A life & Health (L&H) insurance license is required
Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
Driven and goal-oriented
Capable of handling customer rejection with resilience and professionalism
Commitment to integrity, teamwork, and doing business the right way

Responsibilities

Help individuals and families protect what matters most
Generate quotes and close new business
Build relationships with prospects and customers
Conduct insurance reviews and uncover gaps in protection
Set and keep appointments
Follow up relentlessly on leads and opportunities
Ask for referrals and introductions into your sphere of influence
Participate in training, role play, and coaching
Continuously improve your sales process, communication, and performance
Operate within the agency systems and standards
