Position: Medical Support Specialist (EMT–Paramedic)
Location: Appleton, WI
Role Type: Full-time | Clinical | No Overnights
As a Medical Support Specialist, you’ll use your EMT/Paramedic skills in a calm, structured clinical setting while contributing to a meaningful mission.
What You’ll Do
- Perform medical assessments and determine donor eligibility
- Respond to donor reactions and medical incidents
- Monitor vital signs and provide clinical support
- Deliver health screenings and assist with lab result follow‑up
- Maintain safety, compliance, and exceptional donor care
You’ll work alongside a Center Manager, Center Physician, and a collaborative clinical team focused on donor safety and comfort.
What You Bring
- Current EMT-Intermediate, EMT- Advanced, or EMT-Paramedic license
- CPR/AED certification
- Experience in EMS, healthcare, or patient care settings
- Strong clinical judgment and people‑first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
