Boss Auto is a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering quality vehicles and an exceptional buying experience. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and oversee from start to finish.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving vehicle sales, managing the paperwork process, and ensuring compliance while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and financial expertise to support both customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals

Structure deals to maximize gross while maintaining customer satisfaction

Monitor sales performance, closing ratios, and inventory turn

Assist sales staff with negotiations and final deal presentations

Finance & Insurance (F&I)

Present and sell finance, warranty, GAP, and protection products

Work with lenders to secure competitive financing approvals

Ensure all finance paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant

Maintain strong lender relationships and optimize approval rates

Customer Experience

Deliver a transparent, professional, and positive buying experience

Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate records and ensure deals are funded on time

Stay current on lending guidelines, compliance laws, and industry trends

Collaborate with ownership on pricing, promotions, and growth strategies

Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of automotive sales and/or finance management experience

Strong understanding of auto financing, credit, and lender programs

Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple transactions daily

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

High integrity with attention to compliance and detail

Valid driver’s license
