Job Title: Custom Door Solutions Specialist/Detailer
Reports To: President and Vice President
Position Summary:
A Door Detailer works closely with distributors and representatives nationwide to gather the dimensions and specifications needed to assemble and deliver custom Fiberglass Doors and Frames. This position provides excellent customer service to meet client needs and requires focus with high attention to detail. We are a dog friendly office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Process and review all information to Generate accurate Quotes
· Create Production Papers and accurately navigate Production materials
· Follow project Guidelines and Specifications
· Communicate accurately with customers and all other affected departments
· Maintain a Professional work environment; develop strong customer Relationships
· Resolve customer discrepancies in a timely manner
· Provide Customers with a Reliable high-end Product
· Performing other tasks as needed or assigned
Experience and Education:
· High School Diploma/GED Required
· 2 years manufacturing knowledge preferred
· Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office
· Estimator Experience preferred
· Will provide training as needed to Motivated and Coachable Individuals
Qualifications:
· Strong Mathematical skills and ability to Critically Think
· High Work Ethic and Time Management
· Exceptional Written and Oral Communication skills
· Great Computer skills and Phone etiquette
· Positive Attitude that works well under Pressure within a Team setting
· Excellent Customer Service skills and Attention to Precise Detail
· Ability to Analyze issues and Problem Solve
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
· Noise level in the office work environment is generally quiet
· May be exposed to dust and fluctuation of inside temperatures
· Prolonged sitting
· Periodically Lifting File Boxes (20-40lbs)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
