Loan Quality Review Specialist

Full-time | Little Chute, WI

About the Role

At BLC Community Bank, accuracy matters. As a Loan Quality Review Specialist, you'll play an essential role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our loan documentation and reporting processes. Your attention to detail will help maintain high quality standards while supporting an efficient loan processing and closing experience for both our customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

As a Loan Quality Review Specialist, you will:

Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and review Morning Reports, including New & Closed Notes, Collateral, and Premier Maintenance.

Review all new and renewed loan notes entered into the system.

Monitor and process required loan rate changes.

Verify the accuracy of Loan Estimates (LEs) and Closing Disclosures (CDs) before they are provided to customers.

Complete Pre-Closing and Post-Closing Mortgage Partnership Finance (MPF) reviews to ensure compliance and completeness.

Perform MPF Quality Control reviews.

Conduct quality assurance reviews of documents scanned into AccuSystems to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Follow established bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Two years of related banking, loan operations, or quality review experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

Strong organizational, time management, and data management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
