Full Job Description

We’re searching for an Operations Coordinator. Someone who thrives on organization, attention to detail, and driving results through consistent execution. What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the operational backbone of our service team, ensuring schedules, documentation, and processes run smoothly. You’ll coordinate daily activities, monitor adherence to leadership direction, and help our team deliver on commitments to clients.

Core Responsibilities

Dispatch: Answering client calls and routing support requests and/or scheduling technical teams.
Coordinate and communicate schedules for staff and clients, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Monitor work queues, assign tasks, and follow up to maintain operational consistency.
Review work entries and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Build and refine templates and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Track and manage shared resources—tools, keys, and inventory.
Support the team by guiding, informing, and ensuring alignment with leadership direction.
Identify and escalate risks, concerns, and issues to leadership promptly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly, directly, and professionally.
High standards for accuracy, follow-through, and documentation.
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Experience in operations, administration, or project coordination is valued—IT experience is a plus but not required.

Team & Reporting Structure

You’ll work closely with executive leadership and support a team of IT administrators with varying levels of experience. This role requires a steady, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to supporting team success through operational excellence.
