As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead our Back of House team. What You'll Do

As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll partner closely with the Kitchen Manager to help oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the quality and consistency our guests have come to expect.

Supporting daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, expediting, and presentation

Ensuring all menu items are prepared according to company recipes, specifications, and quality standards
Leading and supporting kitchen team members through coaching, training, and ongoing development
Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering to maintain proper stock while minimizing waste
Upholding food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout all kitchen areas
Maintaining proper food storage, handling, and equipment sanitation procedures
Identifying opportunities to improve kitchen efficiency, organization, and productivity
Promoting a positive, team-focused culture while delivering exceptional experiences for both guests and employees
Supporting company values and operational excellence in every aspect of the business

Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, or hospitality setting
Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, presentation standards, and culinary execution
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and delegate effectively
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and kitchen best practices
Food safety and sanitation certification preferred
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and team development
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
