As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be one of the first impressions of Solhaven and an important part of creating an exceptional experience for every prospective and current resident. This is a full-time position with excellent leasing commission opportunities and the chance to be part of a dynamic lease-up from the very beginning.

What You'll Do: Create an Exceptional First Impression
- Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging, personalized tours of Solhaven, showcasing the community, amenities and homes with enthusiasm and pride.
- Build genuine relationships with prospective residents by listening to their needs, answering questions and helping them envision Solhaven as their new home.
- Follow up thoughtfully and consistently with prospects throughout the leasing process.
- Represent Solhaven with professionalism, warmth and confidence in every interaction.
Help Build a Thriving New Community
- Play an important role in the successful lease-up of this brand-new luxury community.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the property, amenities, neighborhood, market conditions and competitive communities.
- Stay informed on current pricing, availability and market trends to effectively communicate Solhaven's value.
- Partner with the Property Manager and team to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
- Support property marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials, conducting competitive market research and helping generate excitement about the community.
- Participate in resident events and activities that help create a welcoming, connected community.
- Look for opportunities to elevate the resident experience and contribute ideas that make Solhaven stand out.
Deliver Reliable, Thoughtful Service
- Guide prospective residents through the application, approval and move-in process with accuracy, responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Welcome new residents and help make their move-in experience organized, seamless and positive.
- Build strong relationships with residents and respond to questions and concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset.
- Resolve resident concerns whenever possible and involve the Property Manager when additional support or decision-making is needed.
- Assist residents with community technology and online resident services.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out activities and help ensure homes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation while protecting resident confidentiality.
- Assist with service requests and communicate needs to the appropriate team members.
- Help maintain the exceptional appearance, cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.

- Maintain organized records, calendars and leasing activity.
- Communicate proactively with the Property Manager and team regarding leasing activity, resident needs, upcoming move-ins and other important community matters.

- Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, Saturdays and occasional holidays based on community needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
Experience & Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail, sales or another customer-focused industry is preferred.
- Previous property management experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and perform basic mathematical functions.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This position requires the ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, reach, bend and communicate with residents, prospects and team members. The role may occasionally require climbing or lifting up to 30 pounds. You will work at a computer and use a phone regularly throughout the day.
The Leasing Consultant must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, Saturdays and occasional holidays as needed to support the community and its residents.
