Responsibilities

Execute precise CNC lathe setups and programming to translate technical blueprints into finished metal components.
Maintain strict dimensional accuracy by consistently holding tight tolerances across diverse material types.
Utilize advanced measurement instrumentation, including micrometers and bore gauges, to verify component integrity.
Document production data with high precision to support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost shop floor productivity and streamline manufacturing workflows.
Proactively manage machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize output efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in precision machining.
Proven ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications.
Expertise in CNC programming and machine setup procedures.
Demonstrated proficiency with precision inspection tools and quality control documentation.

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of Mazatrol and G-code programming languages.
Strong background in diverse metallurgy and material handling.
