Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavior assessments as appropriate.
-
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB requirements.

Provide ongoing caregiver training and education to promote generalization of treatment goals.

Analyze client data to monitor progress and make treatment recommendations.

Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.

Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, physicians, schools, and other professionals involved in each child's care.

Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, company policies, and all applicable federal and state regulations.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities.

Maintain productivity and documentation standards established by the organization.

Promote a positive, collaborative, and family-centered approach to care.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care.

Pediatric ABA experience.
-
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Experience supervising RBTs and student analysts.
-
Knowledge of insurance and Medicaid documentation requirements.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply!

Ability to move throughout the clinic while supervising treatment sessions.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and actively engage with pediatric clients throughout the workday.

Ability to safely lift or assist children weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to implement behavior intervention procedures, including responding to challenging behaviors when clinically appropriate and trained to do so.
