Grow With Us in SW Florida's Booming Rental Market

Global is a 33-year-old family-owned property management company managing 900+ homes across Central Florida and SW Florida – and we're looking for the right person to lead growth in the SW FL market.

This is a rare hybrid role built specifically for a licensed real estate agent who wants more than a 100% commission grind. You'll manage a small, established portfolio of ~30 long-term rental homes (giving you dependable, stable income) while building Global's presence in SW Florida through new business development — bringing on new long-term and short-term rental units, where the bulk of your earning potential lives.

If you're driven, know the local investor/landlord community, and want a role that pairs a stable base with serious upside, this is built for you.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of ~30 long-term rental homes: tenant relations, lease renewals, leasing coordination, and owner communication
Actively prospect and develop new business in the SW Florida market — long-term and short-term rental unit acquisition
Build relationships with local landlords, investors, HOAs, and real estate agents to establish Global as the go-to property management partner in the region
Represent Global at local real estate and investor community events/networking
Collaborate with Global's Central Florida leadership team on pricing, onboarding, and portfolio strategy as the SW Florida book grows

Compensation

Hourly base pay for portfolio management duties
Commission on lease renewals and new leasing activity
Commission on new unit acquisition (long-term and short-term): this is the primary upside opportunity in this role, with no cap on growth-driven earnings

Who You Are

Active Florida real estate license (required)
Existing relationships or working knowledge of the Punta Gorda/SW Florida rental and investment property market strongly preferred
Self-motivated with a track record of business development, sales, or growing a client/property base
Comfortable balancing hands-on property management with active outbound growth work
Wants diversified income — a stable base plus uncapped commission upside — rather than 100% commission-only real estate sales
