JOB SUMMARY
Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned according to BLCH standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete job tasks issued by Housekeeping Supervisor.

Respond to and notify Housekeeping Supervisor of all guest requests or complaints.

Replenish all supplies in guest rooms.
-
Strip beds, roll-always and cribs.
-
Change sheets.
-
Clean all showers, sinks, toilets, and floors.
-
Clean walls and doors as needed.
-
Vacuum carpet in rooms, halls, lobby and elevator.

Clean windows and blinds.
-
Collect, sort, clean, fold and store laundry.
-
Operate washing and drying equipment.
-
Maintain laundry room in clean and orderly fashion.
-
Move furniture to clean.
-
Provide courteous service to our guests and be cordial to all Team Members.

Works safely and efficiently, utilizing safe equipment, techniques, and products.

Is current on emergency procedures and acts accordingly.
-
Able to work any day or shift as assigned.
-
Able to work in other areas on an as needed basis.
-
Other duties as assigned by management, including any supervisor, manager, or executive.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, TRAINING
While employed, must maintain a valid and active Blue Lake Tribal Gaming Commission License.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Team Members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
